Our technical team has investigated your concern and informed me that the issue is related to Plutio's API not allowing the entry of the Issue Date. We executed this step without including the Issue Date, and it seems to be working fine.

Yes, I can see it is now working if we remove the Issue date. Thanks for making that as a non-mandatory field.
