Post feature image problem

I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.

I have connected wordpress post to facebook page post and it's working. But after posting on facebook it doesn't show post feature image inside facebook post.

Only showing website logo.
But I attached featured image on my real website post.

Please help me with the issue.

Hi @ahsanulrashid,

Upon checking your workflow, we noticed that you have mapped the Permalink, which only contains the post URL and not the Featured Image, which is why Facebook is showing the website logo instead.

You need to fetch and map the Featured Image URL separately. Please add a WordPress → Get Post by ID action, use the Post ID from the trigger, and map the Featured Image URL in the Facebook posting step.

Then test the workflow again.

You need to add 'WordPress: Get a Post by ID' as step 2 of your workflow.
