Printify Quantity for connect Payhip Orders Failing Test

I've been trying to get this to work and am just spinning my wheels. I'm setting up my first workflow for confirmed order received in Payhip that need to go to Printify for production and shipping. I've tried putting "1" in the quantity field as my Printify shop has only 1 quantity for each item, but when I hit the "save and test" button, I keep getting the below error.

but there is clearly a 1 in the quantify field

What am I doing wrong? Please help.
