Problem with clickup automation

Hi!

I set up my automation with clickup to clickup. The automation is "when a task is created in a certain list, create a list in another folder". So, If i set up the first time this automation works, I create a task, and after 8 seconds a list is created in the folder.

But if I activate two similar automations, "when a task is created in the list#1, create a list in another folder" and "when a task is created in the list#2, create a list in another folder" the second one doesn't work.

Like you can see in the attachment, when a task is created in "vendite", in the folder "Fase Operativa BR" is created a list with the same name of the task created. When a task is created in the list "permute", no lists are created in the folder "Fase Operativa BR"

Testing it I found that the list is created, but not instantly... sometimes happens after 10 minutes... but only if I create a task in lists "permute" or "lead gen". If I create a task in list "vendite" immediately creates a list in the folder "Fase operativa BR". Any solution? I need that this connection happens instantly
