Problem with GOOGLE FORM (trigger) and Active Campaign

I need some help.

I have created a workflow that connects google form to active campaign.

The answers from the questionnaire need to be saved to the contact details of active campaign.


When I click "Save and send test request" everything works fine. But then when I fill out the questionnaire outside the test, it doesn't work.

What could be the problem?

Hey @The_One_Piece_Is_Real

You need to use the "Send On Event" option when setting up Google Sheets if the data is coming from a Google application or if you manually enter it.
If the data is coming from a third-party application, however, you may need to choose "Auto Send On Schedule" which will forward the data in exactly one hour.
