Problem with posting to FB Groups

I want to post a YouTube video on release to my FB-Group. It seems to work but I get some code signs in my text:

Those "<p>....</p>" should not be there.
How can I fix it?

It would be awesome to be able to choose the account from which to post. I would like to post from my site-account, but it automatically posts from my personal one. But I think this is more of a feature-request.
