Problem with Text Formatter

I am getting an error when trying to parse text.

Pabbly is supposed to parse the text between

but it isn't working. Please help.

Consequently, the action step receives no value to parse. Please check the mapped value in your triggering application. Additionally, if you have modified any fields in your application, consider recapturing the webhook response and attempting again.
