Problems with Pabbly, Deactivating by themselves

Last Friday we found out that all our workflows in Pabbly were inactive since Wednesday.

We activated them on Friday and on Monday we found out that the workflows were again disabled since Friday.

What is the reason for this problem?

This tool is very important for our business, and we need to solve it asap.

There can be 2 reasons,

1. It is a polling based trigger and if it fail multiple times pabbly will turn off the workflow and send you an email

2. If you don't add any actions steps after trigger step then pabbly turns of the workflow after 2-3 days and don't inform you.
