Pubbly set up problem

Good morning, I’m having problems creating workflows and main instances.
I cannot enter some fields as they seem to be disabled. It happens in the first instance on which the different workflows are supported to the field "To" I cannot insert the number as from screen attached.
The same thing happens when creating the workflow with google sheets in the "Range" field I cannot enter the data. What should I do? I urgently need to start the 5000 whatsapp planned for today
