Just like in this video, Zoho Bill is brought to Google Sheet using pabbly, similarly I want to bring Zoho Purchase Order details to Google Sheet using pabbly

Currently, we do not have a trigger in place to receive purchase orders in Zoho Books. I kindly ask you to submit your request directly to the board. We will also escalate the trigger request to our integration team, and if feasible, they will add it.

You can achieve your use case using the Webhook by Pabbly. Follow the steps below to set up the webhook:

• Log in to your Zoho Books account.
• Click on "Settings", go to "Automation", and click on "Workflow Rules".
• Click on "New Workflow Rule", enter the "Workflow Rule Name", and choose the module.
• Choose the values for the "Workflow Type" and "When Purchase Orders Bill is" fields, and click on "Next".
• Select the "Immediate Action Type" as the Webhook and "Immediate Action Name" as the name of your webhook.
• Click on the "Add New Webhook" button. Enter the Webhook Name, and Select "Purchase Orders" as Module. Copy the above URL and paste it into the "URL to notify" field and set "Post" as Method.
• Remove the Custom Parameter and save.
• Click the "Capture Webhook Response" button below and perform a test record to ensure the webhook response is captured here.
