Question: For Zoho (or other email hosting providers)

Hello,

I recently had a scenario where a business competitor spammed my Email inbox (Zoho) with 500+ Emails per day trying to get auto-responses to them that are normally set to run via Pabbly Connect - with the motive to tank my sender authority, flagging all my outgoing email to them as spam.

Question:

Is there a Zoho Action event that lets me block specific sender domains in Zoho automatically?

That would be useful. Then it would be possible to use Pabbly Connect to prevent malicious practices was the one described above from causing harm. Users could then determine a threshold in previous steps and based on a number of emails from one address per day determine to block that email address.

Or do you have any other smart solution(s) that can be implemented wit the help of Pabbly?

Currently, there is no action step or tool in Pabbly Connect for Zoho that allows you to set a threshold on the number of emails received from a particular email address. You may need to contact Zoho's support for this functionality.

As a workaround, you can add a Filter as Step 2 of your workflow to prevent the next step from executing if the email is received from a specific email address.
