Can we ask questions to scale or rate? For example, when figuring out what ice cream would best suit a client, you can ask what level of importance the following qualities : low-sugar levels, creamy texture, long shelf life, organic ingredient, and vegan product. Most important being 1, all the way through to a 5 as the least important. You can build data on how many potential clients want vegan ice cream, or how few requests there are for low-sugar products.
