Quickbooks Online Action: Create a bill

I need to have Pabbly create a bill in QBO under certain conditions.
There does not seem to be an action listed under Quickbooks for Create a bill (Create an invoice (for customers/incoming monies) is there, but not Create a Bill (for vendors/outgoing monies).

If there is no action, do we have to wait for Pabbly to create this, or is there a way to create such an action ourselves?

Yes, I did add it there... I wasn't sure if there was a manual work around we could do if there wasn't an established action.
