Could you confirm whether you receive emails from QBO when estimates are accepted? This will help us explore the option of sending notifications based on this event.
Additionally, could you check if QBO offers webhook services? If so, you can try using Pabbly's webhook feature to capture the trigger response when estimates are updated.
