Razorpay Gallabox Integration

Hi,

I'm trying to integrate Gallabox to send WhatsApp message on making successful payment through Razorpay. The responses are recieved from razorpay. But, the Gallabox integration shows zero template, even though I've 4 approved WhatsApp templates on Gallabox.

Please let me know how to fix it. Thanks in advance.

In order to resolve the issue with Gallabox templates not appearing, please try creating a new connection with your Gallabox account inside the workflow and then check again if the templates load correctly.

If the issue still persists, kindly share the workflow URL with us so we can take a closer look.

We’ve reviewed your workflow and noticed that the Gallabox template dropdown menu is not displaying any templates. This can sometimes happen due to a temporary sync issue or account linkage.

For troubleshooting, please try the following:

  1. Turn off the “Map” toggle next to the template field in your Gallabox action step.
  2. Manually paste the approved template ID into the template field.
  3. Save and test the workflow again.
This helps bypass the dropdown and directly references your approved template.

Once you've tried this, kindly let us know the results. If it still doesn't work, we’ll explore further steps to assist you.
