Hi,

I'm trying to connect Pabbly to my Google Drive Folder so every time a new CV lands in there it automatically uploads it to Recruiter flow for me with all the correct details of the candidate including but not limited to Name, Address, Email etc etc - however im unsure what data to put in to the below shown fields to enable that to happen.

Can someone help me please?

Hello @NickBray,

You can extract the content from the file captured in the trigger using PDF.co with the “PDF to Anything Converter” action, which allows you to extract the content in JSON format (as shown in the attached screenshot).

Alternatively, you can use OpenAI’s “Extract Content from PDF” action to achieve the same result. Once extracted, you can map the candidate data (such as Name, Address, Email, etc.) into Recruiterflow accordingly.

Thanks but i have a mix of PDF and Word Docs - And maybe I don't understand how to use this tool properly and all the other options available to me but the above doesn't fix my current issue of not being able to populate the correct information for importing the CV

Hello @NickBray,

Upon checking your workflow, we noticed that the error indicates the file provided is not in PDF format. To achieve your use case, we recommend adding the PDF.co action step “Anything to PDF” to convert all files into PDF format.

Once you have the PDF URL, you can use it with OpenAI’s “Extract Content from PDF” action to extract the content, which can then be mapped further as needed in your workflow.
