REDIRECT URL Nifty PM as Trigger

What is the Redirect URL that needs to be put under the Nifty> Project Settings > App Center > Integrate with API > Redirect URL as shown in the 1st IMAGE?

I'm using Nifty PM as the trigger, for which I've followed the steps as shown in the 2nd IMAGE.

It could be any website of your choice; it doesn't really matter which website you enter.
