Refresh Webhook response

In Pabbly Connect - I have clicked on the "refreshed webhook response" button and I have a message "Waiting for Webhook Response" which has been displaying for more than 20 minutes. I must be missing something as this is not updating. Can anyone assist ?

Have you sent Test Data to this webhook? And which trigger you are using?
