Refreshed my connection...and all my data mapping disappears!!!

I have a workflow collecting data from Woorise and sending it to Infinity (webhooks). I was getting an invalid token error from Infinity. So, I followed the guidance and established a new connection...and now, all my data mapping has disappeared. This takes me a couple of hours to redo, so this is really frustrating. Is there anyway I can get the data mapping back from the void that it seems to disappear into?

I need some help here. I have attempted to remap everything as above, but when I try to map it to create an item in a particular parent folder in Infinity, Pabbly does not seem able to fetch the fields from that folder... instead it's getting data from somewhere else. What am I doing wrong here?

Hello @david_payton

Can you please share a screen recording showing the fields in your Infinity dashboard as per the selected parent folder? Also, please confirm if the parent folder ID is correct with respect to Infinity.

The two images attached show the attributes of the target folder 'Tenants'. These are different from those shown in Pabbly. In fact, changing the target folder in Pabbly does not change the attributes shown... they remain the same whatever. I have even created a new folder in Infinity called 'Test' that has one data item in it. I created a new connection to Infinity, and the folder showed up, however, mapping to it does not change the data items shown in Pabbly. The folder ID (GK5EtU1rQBu) appears to be correct, but even mapping directly to that, the attributes shown do not change.

Is there any way to roll back to a previous version of the connection etc? It was working until recently.

Please allow us some time to look into this concern. We will get back to you shortly.
Thank you. I also have a call in to Infinity as it appears, at least to me, that whatever folder I select, the fields returned by Infiity remain unchanged. This leads me to think that they are not necessarily returning the contents of a given folder... let me know what you find out.

Our integration team has informed me that it is currently not possible to refresh the listing of custom fields in the action step. We have thoroughly examined this issue on our end but were unable to find a solution or workaround for this.

Thank you. For me, this indicates that the issue would appear to be with Infinity, who are also currently looking at this. Do you agree?
