Regarding order notification is not sending on whatsapp for woocomerce

I want to send WhatsApp order notification for my WooCommerce WordPress ecommerce website like when user buy order notification will go to him through WhatsApp for verify but when i send test message after all the steps

I'm not receiving WhatsApp message as I order a product I did not receive it
it's sending me response

Hi @sloppyworld,

Please re-establish the connection with your WhatsApp Cloud API account and try again. Make sure to enter a Permanent Access Token in the Token field.
