Regular Interval Consuming Tasks on Youtube Upload

Hello, I followed the instruction for the video "How to Upload YouTube Video Greater than 1GB with Automation - YouTube Automation" and my tasks are being used up very quickly.

In the second flow in the instructions, we set up a Regular Interval to check the Google Sheets every 8 minutes. Is this triggering a task every 8 minutes on my account? And will that continue around the clock and continue to use those tasks even with no new uploads?

I was following the instructions and had to stop to do some other tasks and then was alerted via email that my tasks were almost all used up all of a sudden. Is this how it is meant to work?

Additionally, running your workflow every 8 minutes is causing a depletion of your task limit, affecting the completion of most tasks.

I am trying to have a Gravity Form on my website that can upload video directly to my YouTube channel. I have succeeded in making that work properly, including updating the thumbnail. Unfortunately, it seems that it won't work for larger video files.

Since a lot of the videos being uploaded will be larger than 500mb and some over 1gb, I began following the instructions. in this video:

In this video, you instruct us to set up a step that is a regular interval to check video status every 8 minutes. Seeing as this is your instructions on how to set it up, I was hoping you could give me some insight into how it would affect my task limit.
