Hello, i thought that i've cancelled my sub, but apparently didn't, so my card got charged today even when im not using pabbly atm. Can i please get a refund? Thanks in advance

Yes that email is correct, and its yearly plan true.
We stopped using the software that we used for accounting purposes and we are currently exploring other softwares, so once we need your services again we will re-sub. Thank you for your time, have a nice day!

Thanks for clarifying the reason. However, please note that our refund policy applies only to the first purchase, and refunds can be processed within 30 days of that purchase. In this case, the recent charge was made as part of a renewal, so a refund cannot be issued.

That said, we can add equivalent credits to your account, which you can use to purchase any Pabbly product in the future. Please confirm if you’d like us to proceed with adding the credits.
