Hello Pabbly Support Team,


I am on the Pabbly Connect Unlimited Tasks Plan.


I requested a task reset on 13th December, but it has been 3 days and the reset has still not been processed. I have also sent two follow-up emails, but there has been no action so far.


As per my understanding of the Unlimited Tasks Plan, task usage should be reset upon request on email or once the assigned limit is reached. This delay is affecting our active workflows.


Kindly reset the tasks at the earliest so we can continue using the platform without disruption.

Thank you for reaching out to us, and apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We have reset your task count for now. Going forward, if you wish to reset your tasks on your own, you can do so by following the instructions shared in this forum thread:

Please note that task restoration can be done only once per day and is available only after 80% of your tasks have been consumed.
