Based on my understanding, I can confirm that you have correctly mapped the ID in the ID field in the "SimPRO > Find individual customer by ID" action step, and the response has been received successfully.

In addition, I have noticed that there were some errors in the way you were entering the tag and phone number in the LeadConnector application. We have corrected these errors and the step is now functioning properly.
