Respond.io Create or Update Contact ?

Right now on Pabbly for the Respondio app, there are separate actions: "Create Contact" and "Update Contact".

Is Pabbly able to follow Zapier to have a combined action of "Create Contact or Update Contact"?

The idea is to let the action step search for a contact first, if it don't exist, only then create the new contact. If it exisits, then only update it.

Currently, the platform does not offer a combined action step. However, you can achieve the desired functionality by using the Router action step. Simply create two separate routes—one for creating a new contact and another for updating the contact.
