Is there anyway to raise the soft cap and extent the time limit? maybe to 30 seconds or 35 seconds. cause my automations keep failing because of the time cap. Please advise on how to prceed, thank you a lot.

Hello @Stefan132 ,
I've applied this solution: - I'm redirecting my api request to clude flare via pabbly api step and once it's done(Receiving response) I'm recapturing it via webhook. Let me know if it solves your issue.
FYI I'm not from Pabbly Connect team, just a freelancer who helps other Pabbly users.

Hi Himesh,

Thank you very much for the help,

Just a question, wouldn't it be easier to use another platform then? like Make.com or something.

Just curious, because we push request from WhatsApp into Pabbly and if the workflow takes to long then the automation just fails?

Hello @Stefan132,

Could you please share the workflow URL where you attempted to achieve this use case? This will allow us to review and provide suggestions. Additionally, if you could elaborate on the exact use case you're trying to accomplish, it would help us assist you better.

I don't think so it'll take time. Because whatsApp api take under 2 seconds to give response. Which other app you are using? And every plateform has some advantage and disadvantage. In this case make.Com gives 60 second for api timeout
