When I tried to test out a new task, It returned this value "This feature is not available in your current plan."

Kindly check the with Graphy team, perhaps the plan you are using might not convert using the desired action event.

So, we would recommend you to contact Graphy support team once or upgrade to the plane which grant you to use the action step.
