Please can someone help - I have set up the same router as I have done before and they have been running fine for months - I now tried to set up a new router for a new workflow and when inserting the final value which is supplied to me by the counter the e mails i want to forward to the agents are not being sent - i have tested the e mail sending and that indeed happens when i test ( so no problem with g mail and does not exceed g mail limits ) but does not happen when a new lead comes into the system as per normal - the rest of the workflow is working perfectly - ie facebook lead ad to google sheets and e mail to the client - it is only the last counter section and router section that is not sending on a round robin to my agents - on the test in the router even for first router it says condition is false - any advice please - i have attached screenshots as well
