Route Outcome Treatment Changes From 1st June 2023 ?

Dear Support

I notice that from 1st June, whenever there's router shows a negative outcome, the whole Workflow is updated in History as Partial Error. See the following

This is very misleading. The previous treatment is deemed logically correct.
