Your
RSS trigger was affected due to the downtime, as the
Polling service was temporarily unavailable, which caused new items in the feed to not be captured. The issue has now been fully resolved as of
10:05 AM IST, and your workflow should function normally going forward.
If you wish to process the feed items that were missed during the downtime, you can set up a
one-time workflow using the following structure:
1. Scheduler (set to run once)
2. RSS.app – List Feeds (or your trigger application’s list/retrieve action)
3. Capture the response in Advanced Format by turning OFF the Simple Response toggle
4. Add an Iterator to process each item individually
5. Apply a time-based filter for the specific downtime window
6. Add the same action steps that you already use in your existing workflow
This setup will ensure that all missed feed items within the downtime period are processed correctly.
