constantly getting this error - same file is transcribed correctly via happyscribe

The file you were using for transcription wasn't publicly accessible. We have added a "Share File with Anyone in Shared Drive" action step to your workflow, which seems to have resolved the issue.

The Salad Transcription API does not support M4A file URLs, which is why you're facing this issue. Please try using a supported format instead. You can refer to the attached documentation for more details: https://docs.salad.com/products/transcription/transcription-overview.

Additionally, the task consumption has not been caused by the suggested step. Instead, the workflow has been triggered multiple times, leading to task exhaustion. To avoid any stoppage, we recommend purchasing a plan to ensure uninterrupted workflow execution.

HI pls note that the multiple executions were at 4.38 - i was noteven online then - i used may be couiple of 100 task sonly - pls have a look at the history - thanks

A: Great question! At this time, the only audio formats we support are AIFF, FLAC, M4A, MP3 and WAV.
