Salesforce lead updated and SLA

Hi,
Which trigger we can use for salesforce lead update trigger.
In terms of some downtime at your end do you have some SLAs in place and TAT for resolving issues?

Unfortunately, our platform does not offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA). And on our platform, the Turnaround Time (TAT) is manageable and can be monitored to ensure the timely delivery of services.
