Searching for App when choosing workflow is not working

Recently I've been experiencing errors where I search for App when choosing workflow is not working. I tried to scroll to find the app but I can't seem to find.

Is there a problem?

To hard refresh your browser, press Ctrl+Shift+R. If you're using a Mac, use Command+Shift+R instead. This should resolve the issue.
