Send an photo in Telegram thread/topic

Hi, I would like to know how I can send an photo to a Telegram topic.

When I connect a module to send a message if the "Thread ID" option appears but this option does not appear when it comes to send a photo.

Is there any other way to do this?

P.S - I do know how to send a photo to a telegram group using the Chat ID.
What I am asking is how to send the photo to a specific topic that is inside that group.

I would like to add, it is possible to do it while sending "Send a Text Message or Reply" Action event by inserting Topic ID #

'Send a Photo' action step does not have the option to add the thread/topic ID. You can only send the photo to a group by using 'Send a Photo' action event.
