Send WhatsApp Message from API after Google Form

I have setup a workflow in Incognito window and while the settings appear to be all ok, i am still not receiving a whatsapp message from the API. The template that gets trigerred also has an image attachment which is supposed to get sent with the message. I have enclosed the URL of the image in the action step. However, it is asking me for a file id regarding which i am confused and i have mentioned the variable of the name for the time being.
Request intervention to resolve this query pls.
