You can use the "Text Formatter: Split Text" action step for your concern. Kindly try this at your end and let us know if that helps you out.

• If First name is missing, we then only focused on the FULL Names with 2 words. The logic would simply be: 1st word is first name, and last word is the last name.
• · If Full Name with more than or less than 2 words, we simply make the first name = full name. leave the Last Name blank.

You need to make use of the router for checking the conditions and based on that you can set the action steps.
