Sending Whatsapp message to a group using Online live support

Hi,
I am busy setting up a workflow to send a message to a group using online live support but I keep getting this error:

I have checked the token on the connection and its fine.

I also updated the instance ID with the number specified above:

I can not fine a session ID on online live support other then the one above.



Can you please let me know what I am doing wrong. I would like to send messaged to a Whatzapp group.



Can you please assist?

Please refer to the attached tutorial starting from the 5:12 timestamp. It demonstrates the process of adding the session ID. You can follow the same steps to add it, and this should help resolve the invalid token issue you are facing.

Thank you, but the video does not make provision for the token that Pabbly is also requesting. What gets entered into the token field?

I have and according to them they have V3 but the video refers to V2. Do you perhaps have a assistance video for Online Live Support V3?

I have gotten it to work now but I am facing a problem with the group ID. Groups with @g.us id's are working as expected but groups with @lid ID's is not working. Can you please advise how I should enter the @lid ID's so it will work as well.
