Smart Subscription system

Hello,

I have 3 paid plans and 1 free plan in my SaaS product. Many users go for free Plan and later when they have to upgrade they have to go login inside the client portal of pabbly and then find the subscription upgrade which is hidden in those 3 dots.
In short becomes a pain.

Ux is important else I'll lose out business.

I think there should be a facility where the users can upgrade / downgrade in little but easy click.

My suggestion.

Since I have combined a all plans into multi plan page. Pabbly should do a customer look up and see which plan my customer is on. If they are a new customer it will show the default plan option. If the customer has already signed up for some plan then directly show the plans to which they can upgrade from my offering.

This way they don't have to login and do the crazy long process. Single page can be easy for me to place the link anywhere inside my SaaS dashboard or on the landing page.

If introduced then it can be a game changer.

Regards,

Shubham

I have partly overcome this by setting up a Pabbly single sign on via my SaaS solution into white labelled Pabbly Client Portal. I requested the ability to turn off password reset as a customer as they would be confused by password into my SaaS solution and password into client portal. The only way to client portal is via my SaaS dashboard. Upgrade and downgrade of plans is doable via Pabbly Connect and I aim to introduce this. For now, a customer can manage their invoicing, cancel the service if I enable that ability and update/change their credit card etc. Hope this helps.
