SMTP - Maintain Line Breaks in Email Body

Status
Not open for further replies.
Hi Pabbly Connect team,

I have setup a workflow using the SMTP action to send myself email notifications when I receive leads.

My issue is that the email I receive in Outlook has not maintained the line breaks as I set them up in the 'body' field within Pabbly connect, resulting in email that are not easily legible and thus not satisfactory for my purposes.

Can you advise me how to resolve this issue?

You can see a screen recording of my issue here:

Thanks,
Alexander

Please try <br> instead of \n for using the spacing in between the text. Kindly try this at your end and let us know if that works for you.

Thanks

Hi Supreme,

Yep this works, thanks for the prompt response.
Might be cool to add a little note or tool tip by the body field to let people know that they can use HTML and inline CSS there.
