Social media scheduling tool + pabbly

Hello, I set WP post update as a workflow trigger, and then I am posting it to different places (Twitter for example)
However, I need to also send it to send it to Facebook and Instagram, however I don't want to make direct integration.
What social media scheduling tool do you support which can be added as a step 2?

Hello, yes I saw this before - but I don't want to (can't) connect directly to Facebook. I want to send data to a tool such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Sociamonials etc., and schedule it there. Do you have any integration with a social media scheduling tool?
