[Solved] Zoho Campaigns: Email already exists, not adding to list

I tested signing up for a list and my email was not added.

My email address already is subscribed to another list but did not get added to the list I signed up for.

I looked at the history (screen shot) for the sign-up and it should have been successful:
This email address already exists in the list. However, any additional information will be updated in the existing contact.
