Some issue into my workflow as it is working only when I test the workflow

I have created a workflow where I am capturing data from a google sheet and sending whatsapp messages to my subscribers via PromoteRoute.
Workflow is working only when I test is manually otherwise nothing happening.

What sort of error is this. Help me to rectify the error.
