Hey @macmarketing
We looked into your concern and since you are having a lot of Review Locations more than 100, so it is not possible to check the name from the drop-down of the trigger event because GMB allows only limited review locations in the dropdown.
Though we have worked upon a new action event ( Google My Business: List Locations ) to get all the Review locations and their respective Id. So, with the help of this, we got the Location review Id for you of (Sparkles............)and used it in the workflow (test).
Kindly review that up and let us know if that works for you.
