Speed of Pabbly Connect webhook receive and API POST call?

Hi,
I need to set up a workflow where the speed is important. It will simply need to receive a webhook, based on that change the details of the webhook content with a text formatter and forward it as a Post API request. Two questions:
1. How quickly can Pabbly do this
2. Is this speed realiable and predictable or will I sometime encounter delays of +5-10 sec?

Considering if it's better to setup a server for this or if Pabbly Connect is can power this

In case you require a certain delay for instant webhook data to proceed further, in that case, you can use the Delay module to slow down the execution time-
