What is the best solution to send a message (ex after 15min) to a user who has interacted with different scenarios, configured in a workflow with router?
For example, I would like to send a message for asking to subscribe to the newsletter, but if this person has requested several responses from the router, and I set the wait action for 15 minutes for each message, this person will receive multiple subscription request messages.
