Status of the account not equals authenticated

I am getting a message of "Status of the account not equals authenticated. Message to [email hidden] will be sent after successful auth."
How to resolved it ?
This error occurs when your Chat API account is not authenticated with your WhatsApp account. You need to provide internet access to your WhatsApp account to send messages all time.
Your Chat API must always be connected with your Whatsapp account in order to send messages.
