Still having trouble with Thrive to Acadle Connection

Hi, I thought I had this fix however it seems like the test was okay but when actual customer bought today it failed.

I hope someone help me.

There is a partial failed message, but when I click on it it didn't show much info on where is the error.

It is concerning because not only did it failed it attempted 18 retries and my client received 18 emails with URL that doesn't work.

Needless to say it left a bad first impression of my company.

Hope to help some support to see if there is logs they can see on what's going on.

We have checked your workflow and seems like the Acadle step needs Re-authentication. So we have done that from our end and the workflow is working fine now.

Please try again at your end and let us know if that works for you.
