Streak

Hello,

Is there a way to see what format a field wants? For example, I'm simply trying to send a date in the correct format to Streak to update a box. It will not take no matter what I've tried. How can I find out if it wants:

MM/DD/YY
or MM/DD/YYYY
or any other combination of the sort?

Thank you.

Since the date time field which you are using is custom fields, you should check the format from your Streak CRM when you have created the date time custom field.

I'm not sure how to do that. All I did was add a date field and it accepts a date that I pick from a calendar. Is there some documentation I can find on this?

Hey @blackout52

You have to pass the data time in the format in which you have created the custom field in your Streak CRM.

Further, you can give check all the DateTime formats in the DateTime Formatter action step and can try the possible date format.
