Stripe: monitor upgrade

Hi,
How can I monitor in Stripe that a customer (who is already subscriped) is upgrading their subscription? (with "New Plan" it seems to not work)
Thanks

Hi @Bassoonist,

Please use Webhook by Pabbly and select 'customer.subscription.updated' as the trigger event in your Stripe account when setting up the trigger step. This will allow you to capture subscription updates

Thanks!
So is this trigger for all changes in the subscription: upgrade / downgrade, also for cancellation? Can you confirm?
(But not for creation of the subscription, correct?)
Thanks

It should trigger on the upgrade or downgrade of a plan. Whether or not it triggers on cancellation or new subscription, you can test this on your end or get in touch with Stripe's support, as they are better equipped to answer this query.
