In the Stripe integration I don't seem to find the option "Payment succeed" from the list and the "New order" one is not being triggered when a payment is made. Any ideas?

Could you pelase share the name of the workflows in which you have tried the desired trigger events so that we can look into it?

As we can see from your workflow, you haven't captured the webhook response yet and without configured webhook URL your automation wouldn't get started.
You can refer to the following video tutorial on how you can configure the Stripe webhook trigger in your workflow.
(Though we have used the New Charge trigger event in the video, you can set up the New Order trigger event. Kindly watch the second part of the video)
